Team MJC

MJC & Associates was formed in 1978 as MJC Enterprises by Mike Cotugno while studying business at the University of Texas in Austin. The firm began as a home remodeling venture, but quickly formed its Commercial Construction division by 1981 with a focus on finishout services.

In 1994, they incorporated in the State of Texas as MJC Enterprises DBA MJC & Associates.

Over the course of the last 32 years, MJC & Associates has put a major emphasis on hiring employees on a permanent basis rather than a job-by-job case to bring its clients the level of dedication, experience, customer service and attention to detail that their projects demand.
